I purchased a Hero model sofa set from Enza Home’s Istanbul MASKO branch for ₺75,000. As soon as the products were delivered and assembled on 13.11.2025, I noticed a serious manufacturing defect. There are visible wrinkles on the sofas, and the fabric was not properly stretched during production, causing the sofas to look almost second-hand despite being brand new. This situation genuinely upset me. When I reported the issue to the store, they said an expert would be assigned and an inspection would be carried out. I do not accept experiencing such a problem with a brand-new product or having it delivered in this condition. I request that my Hero model sofa set be replaced with a new one due to this manufacturing defect, without any cost to me. I kindly ask that the necessary action be taken as soon as possible.
