Enzo Home Sold Me Defective Sofas and Ignored My Complaint for Two Months
We filed a complaint about the sofas we bought from Kavacık Enzo Home, but no solution has been provided for about two months. When the team inspected the sofas, they found sagging, sinking in the middle, and visible fabric deformations. Additionally, one of the sofa legs is completely broken, and the middle leg is damaged. Experiencing these issues in less than a year is unacceptable. Although we initially complained only about the three-seater sofa, the staff who visited us said they would take all three sofas today. However, today, March 12, 2024, Wednesday, I received a call saying they would only take the single-seater sofa. Neither Kavacık Enzo Home nor Enzo Home customer service has been helpful. They do not stand behind their products, and your money will go to waste. Their support teams are inadequate, they have no proper follow-up process, and their technical and repair departments are completely disorganized. No one knows what the other is doing, and they fail to ensure customer satisfaction. Do not shop at Enzo Home!
