Enza Home Delays My Sofa Set Delivery and Ignores My Order Payment
On 25.06.2025, I placed an order for a sofa set at the Ankara Antares Enza Home store and made the full payment upfront. Although the delivery date was specified as 29.07.2025, a long time has passed since that date and my order has still not been delivered, nor have I received any response. When I contacted the store regarding the delay, I was told the sofas were still in production, but no clear delivery date was given. In addition, after placing my order, I noticed that the same product’s prices had dropped online. When I called the head office, they stated that prices vary from branch to branch, which I find unfair and detrimental as a consumer. My order number is 1104391268. I request that this issue be resolved urgently, either by delivering my order immediately or by refunding my payment along with compensation. Given the long wait and the price inconsistencies, I expect a prompt and solution-oriented response from Enza Home.
