Enza Home Delivery Delay Leaves Expecting Family Waiting for $4,000 Furniture Order
On October 14, 2025, I placed an order for a sofa set and a TV unit from Enza Home Isparta Eğirdir Yolu. We specifically chose these products because we were told they would be delivered during the first week of November, which was important since our baby is due in about two weeks. However, the promised delivery date was not honored, and the items were not delivered on time.
Despite contacting the store multiple times, we kept receiving vague responses such as “we’re handling it” or “we’re following up,” but no actual progress was made. Now they are even denying that they ever promised delivery during the first week of November and are instead saying the delivery may be sometime during the first week of December.
Our order document number is 2500001710, and we paid a total of $4,075 by credit card. Since the products have not arrived yet, we cannot assess whether there are any additional issues.
With our baby’s birth approaching, we do not want this situation to cause further stress or inconvenience. I am requesting that our order be delivered immediately and without any further delay.
