Enuygun.com Charged Me ₺10,000 to Fix a Simple Date Mistake on My Flight Bookings

 On the evening of September 16, 2024, at 10:30 PM, I purchased flight tickets for three different destinations. An hour and a half later, I realized I had selected October instead of September, meaning I had made a mistake only with the month. I immediately contacted Enuygun.com by phone. They told me that if I wanted to cancel, for a ₺5,000 flight, I would only receive ₺450 back. I wanted to correct it. My mistake was only with the month, swapping October for September, asking them to change 7th November to 7th October. However, they charged me a penalty of over ₺3,000 for each flight. In total, this mistake cost me ₺10,000. Is this a fair practice? Does this suit Enuygun.com? Never again will I make a purchase from them.
