Enuygun.com Refuses to Refund My ₺1178 Flight Ticket After Using Change Option
On November 5, 2024, we purchased a Gaziantep-Ankara flight ticket for November 19 at 09:40 through the enuygun.com website, paying via mobile banking. On November 9, 2024, due to a schedule change in Ankara, we rescheduled our Gaziantep-Ankara ticket to November 13, 2024. However, the November 19, 2024 ticket could not be canceled on the same site. So we went back to enuygun.com and used the “Change” option, adjusting our November 19 Gaziantep-Ankara flight to become a return ticket from Ankara to Gaziantep on November 28, 2024. Not only did they not refund the ₺1178 ticket fee, but they also requested an additional payment from us. Why include a “Change” button if this is the outcome? Isn’t this deceptive? Such actions are what you’d expect from highway robbers or bandits, not from a legitimate company. Do you really think this is how you should be taking money from innocent and honest people?
