Between March 22nd and March 30th, I purchased a round-trip flight ticket from Istanbul to Tirana via Mytrip. My order number is mlxmrv. However, two months ago, I was contacted by Air Albania Airlines informing me that my ticket for March 30th was canceled. I requested a refund, which was approved, but despite weeks passing, the refund has not been processed. I contacted Mytrip customer service and explained that due to reasons beyond my control, my return ticket was canceled, rendering my outbound ticket meaningless, and requested its cancellation as well. I demanded a refund for my round-trip ticket. I was informed that a support ticket had been opened, and I should follow up via email. However, approximately a month has passed, and I have not received any response. During this time, I submitted three more support requests, each time being told to wait. With only two days left until my outbound flight, neither a refund nor the cancellation of my ticket has been processed. I am concerned that if I do not take the flight, the refund may not be issued. I wonder how much longer I need to wait and why the refund has not been processed yet.
