On November 6, 2025, I clicked on an (My First Home) advertisement that appeared on Instagram, which redirected me to a page leading to the official e-Government website. After logging in with my own e-Devlet credentials, I was asked to deposit ₺17,500 to complete the application. I transferred the amount via EFT to an Enpara.com account under the name Salih Ç***. However, after the transaction, I did not receive any confirmation message, receipt, or application number, and no record of my application appears on e-Government website. As soon as I realized the situation, I contacted my bank to request an EFT cancellation, but they informed me that it could not be reversed unless the recipient approved it and advised me to file a complaint with the prosecutor’s office. I have not contacted any official institution yet. This is the first time I have experienced such a situation, and I have been defrauded. I request that my money be refunded, those responsible be identified, and that necessary measures be taken to prevent others from becoming victims of similar scams.
