Transfer Sent to Old IBAN, Money Missing
I received a notification stating that due to the separation of Enpara and QNB Finansbank, my IBAN would be changed. Following Enpara’s instructions, I approved the request to have any EFT transfers sent to my old IBAN automatically redirected to my new IBAN for the first 90 days. However, on October 3, an EFT transfer of ₺35,000 was sent from Ziraat Bank to my old IBAN, and the money has not been credited to my account. When I contacted Enpara customer service, they informed me that the transaction was not visible in their system and that they could not assist further. Although the EFT should have been deposited into my non-term TL account, no solution has been provided so far, and the issue remains unresolved. I expect Enpara to promptly transfer the amount to my account and urgently resolve this issue.
