I Waited Two Weeks for Enpara POS but Got No Solution

I submitted my application to join 'Enpara Şirketim' after receiving assurance that the POS device would be activated in two business days. It’s been two weeks now, and the issue is still unresolved. I haven’t received any clear communication or updates either. This delay has significantly impacted my business operations. I've encountered issues with processing payments, making it challenging to keep my daily activities running smoothly. At first, everything appeared to be on track and handled with professionalism, so I was taken aback by how lengthy the process turned out to be. I’m truly disappointed by the absence of follow-up and assistance. From my own experience, this process has been overly complicated and not at all what I expected when I signed up.
