My Bank Card Has Not Been Working Anywhere for Weeks

I have not been able to use my Enpara Bank Card in any way for about 2–3 weeks. I live in Bursa İnegöl, and despite trying multiple times to withdraw money from ATMs, make purchases in stores, and shop online, none of the transactions go through. I have only had the card for 2 months, so there is no issue with the expiration date. Every time I attempt a transaction, I receive an error, and the card does not work anywhere. I have not yet contacted customer service. I want to know why my card is not working and request that it be fixed so I can use it as soon as possible. I also ask to be informed about the source of this issue.
