For the last two months, I've been trying to leave Yemek Sepeti Express courier service, but every time I inquire, I'm informed that my request is still waiting to be processed. I inquired about the response time for these requests and was told it would take five business days. However, two months have gone by with no action taken. I have decided to discontinue my relationship with your couriers due to their unprofessional conduct, which includes improper package deliveries and even consuming the food intended for delivery. I have completely stopped using the system because of this. I would appreciate it if you could complete my request promptly, allowing me to continue my work without any unwarranted hold-ups. It’s truly disappointing to encounter such carelessness, and I strongly encourage you to address this issue quickly.
