Yemek Sepeti Has Not Activated My Restaurant Account After a Month of Waiting

I have been trying to set up Yemeksepeti for my newly opened restaurant for about a month. Despite sending numerous emails and contacting customer service multiple times, there has been no progress. Each time, I am told that the issue has been forwarded to the relevant department, but no one has followed up or provided any updates. Additionally, they refuse to share the contact number of an authorized person who could assist. In contrast, other platforms like Getir and Trendyol activate accounts within 1 to 2 business days, yet with Yemeksepeti, I cannot even reach someone who can help. This delay has been very frustrating for my business, and I sincerely hope the problem is resolved promptly.
