Enpara Withdrew Funds Without Notice and Refused My Refund Request

On January 27, 2025, Enpara withdrew ₺2280 from my account for a delayed payment, leaving me in a difficult situation. I was not notified in advance about this deduction, which made the situation even worse. When I requested a refund, I was told that it could not be processed due to bank policies. I have always fulfilled my responsibilities as a customer and expected the same fairness from the bank. Why am I being left in such a position when I am trying to save every bit of my money for basic needs like groceries and bill payments? I kindly request a full refund, including compensation and daily interest for the period until the refund is issued.
