I have been using Enpara for 6 years. I restructured my credit card debt because I was unable to pay it, and the restructured payment was calculated as ₺45,000. However, despite the restructuring, the minimum payment for the original ₺90,000 debt came out to be ₺38,000, which makes no sense—how can a restructured debt still require such a high payment? Then, due to a 30-day delay, I couldn’t make the payment on time. After those 30 days, I paid off all my debts in full, but now I can’t access any of the money in my account. My credit card has been closed, and all the money I paid is blocked. I feel like I’m being deceived. I put all the money I had into paying this off, and now they say it will take a month to “review.” When I contacted the support center, they told me there’s nothing they can do.
