Enpara Company Account Application Delayed Due To Poor Coordination

I have been attempting to open an "Enpara.com Şirketim" (My Company) account for the past 10 days, and I am writing to file a formal complaint about the severe lack of coordination and customer service I have experienced. From the very first day of my application, I have been repeatedly told that a representative "will come to collect the signature." However, as I am not always physically present at my company address, I have tried to schedule a specific day and time for this signature process. Unfortunately, your team refuses to schedule a fixed appointment. Instead, I receive completely random calls from different employees on different days, asking, "Are you at your address now so we can come?" When I am unavailable and request to schedule a time, they explicitly state that they cannot book an appointment. The next day, another employee calls, and this frustrating cycle repeats. This systemic failure in communication is causing significant hardship. I specifically requested service for a Saturday and was told this was "ok." Nevertheless, no one contacted me or showed up. The very next day, another employee called and contradicted this information, stating that Saturday service is not offered at all. It should not be this difficult to schedule a simple appointment. I am being seriously inconvenienced and aggrieved by this constant disorganization. I have called customer service multiple times to resolve this. While some of my calls were not issued a tracking number, one of my complaints was officially logged under the reference IM40090880. My company address is in Güngören, Istanbul, and I have already signed the preliminary contract as part of the application. My expectation from Enpara.com is for this process to be finalized immediately and without further delay. This can be easily achieved by scheduling a firm appointment for a specific day and time, a basic service I should not have to beg for. It is incredibly disappointing to encounter a system that is incapable of assisting its customers with such a simple request. I demand that this grievance be addressed and resolved at once.
