Enpara.com Delayed Lifting My Bank Account Block Despite Full Payment Made

I had a debt with Enpara’s flexible account, and Enpara transferred the case to Kırçıl Law Firm. As a result, my bank accounts were blocked. I made the necessary payments to both Lawyer B*** E*** and the enforcement office to lift the block. However, after making the payments, my account blocks were not lifted, and I called the law firm multiple times, but they gave evasive responses and provided no solution. Moreover, the employees there rudely hung up on me when I called, without offering any help, and I was repeatedly mistreated. I have filed a complaint against Enpara with the BRSA and informed Kırçıl Law Firm that I will also be filing a complaint with the bar association against Lawyer B*** E***. Despite this, the employees who shouted at me hung up the phone and did nothing to assist me, told me, “You can file complaints wherever you want.” Later, the firm called me and informed me that the ₺145 payment I had made to the enforcement office, which was supposed to lift the blocks on my bank accounts, had been returned to my account. I had been calling the law firm for a week, and they only provided this information now, causing me unnecessary distress. I have never encountered such disrespectful and rude employees in my life. This law firm, instead of helping people, causes them more harm. They hang up the phone, raise their voices, and act in an unacceptable manner. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the blocks on my accounts to be lifted, and the reason is the unprofessional behavior of Lawyer B*** E***'s employees at Kırçıl Law Firm, who have caused me nothing but trouble.
