I Closed My Enpara Account After Poor Support and Unresolved Refund Issue
I closed my Enpara account due to poor communication, unprofessional staff behavior, and a lack of corporate standards, none of which I wanted to deal with. I had previously filed a spending dispute and received both an email and a message stating that it had been resolved. However, the refund has not been processed for about four days, and I was told that "our resolution team is still working on it." Is this what corporate responsibility looks like? There is no sense of customer satisfaction, they are not doing their job properly, and I am being left in a difficult position. If you encounter a banking issue, it's nearly impossible to get a solution, and you end up suffering for it.

Who wants an answer from you, there is no solution, just empty words. It's been a week and I can't get my money. Enpara is indifferent. For 10 days they haven't done the slightest thing about the other issue. The branch said 'we can't give you 500,000₺, take it to your own branch.' I filed a complaint, Enpara doesn't even care, customer satisfaction is zero.
