Enjoy Travel Has Not Refunded My €1,225 Deposit
In August 2025, I rented a vehicle with license plate 34 *** 845 from Enjoy Travel / Right Cars in Antalya for the period from August 20, 2025, through August 27, 2025. I returned the vehicle in accordance with the rental agreement, without any damage and with all required items intact. During the rental, a €1,225 deposit was charged to my credit card, and I was told that the full amount would be refunded after the vehicle was returned without any issues and that no deductions would be made.
Despite returning the vehicle, a significant amount of time has passed and my €1,225 deposit has still not been refunded. I have called the company numerous times and sent multiple emails, but I have received no response whatsoever. I also provided all the documents they requested for the deposit refund, including the rental agreement, the authorization slip, and our email correspondence. Despite providing everything requested, no action has been taken and I have not been given any clear explanation regarding the status of my deposit.
I am experiencing significant financial inconvenience because such a large deposit has been withheld for such a long period and because I have been unable to receive any response through the company's communication channels. I request that my €1,225 deposit be refunded in full and without any further delay, and that I be provided with a written explanation regarding what caused this prolonged delay and how my case was handled.
