Long Car Rent Hasn't Refunded My €500 Deposit

I rented a Mercedes-Benz A-Class from Long Car Rent, and at the time of pickup, a €500 security deposit was charged to my credit card. I was clearly informed that this deposit would be refunded to my credit card within 3 to 5 days after I returned the vehicle. However, despite a significant amount of time having passed, I still have not received my deposit.

The rental began on September 25, 2025, and I returned the vehicle on September 30, 2025, at the Long Car Rent office located on Başbuğ Alparslan Türkeş Boulevard, Aksu, Antalya. The reservation was made through CarJet, and my reservation/contract number is cjt-188362037.

When I first contacted the company about the missing refund, I was told that it was likely a mistake and that the deposit would be returned shortly. Later, I was instructed to check with my bank instead, with responsibility shifted away from the company. Now, my calls and messages are no longer being answered, and I have received no further updates.

Because Long Car Rent failed to return my €500 security deposit despite its clear commitment to do so, I have suffered unnecessary financial inconvenience. I request the immediate refund of the €500 deposit associated with CarJet reservation cjt-188362037 to my credit card, along with a written explanation for the delay.
