CarJet Rental Deposit Not Refunded

I rented a car through CarJet in Antalya, Türkiye, with a deposit of 215 USD taken at the start of the rental. I returned the car on 18 July in full compliance with the conditions, but my deposit has still not been refunded. CarJet passed my booking to a third‑party company, and since then I have been left without any solution despite contacting both sides m"any times. My deposit of 215 USD has not been returned to my account and I have not received any clear or satisfactory explanation. I request that my 215 USD deposit be refunded to me immediately and that CarJet take responsibility for the booking they passed to the third‑party company and resolve this issue without any further delay.
