GAP Refused to Replace My Faded T-Shirt After Just Two Uses
I bought a T-shirt from GAP, and by the second time I wore it, I noticed significant color fading. I sent the product in for inspection, but the response I received was that “no defect was found.” Experiencing such an issue after such a short time has unfortunately damaged my trust in the brand.
From a reputable brand like GAP, I expect a more customer-focused and solution-oriented approach, rather than being left without support. I’m requesting either a product replacement or a refund for the defective item.
