Tommy Espadrilles Faded Quickly, Refund Request Denied Twice


I purchased navy espadrille shoes from Tommy, and despite taking great care of them—never washing or scrubbing—the color faded noticeably after a very short time. I sent the shoes for inspection twice, but both requests were rejected without any explanation or resolution.
With other brands, a second inspection often results in an acknowledgment of the issue, but Tommy failed to provide any alternative or solution. This lack of customer support is highly disappointing for a premium brand.
I expect Tommy to take responsibility for this defect and offer either a refund or replacement for the shoes. Ignoring customer concerns will only harm the brand’s reputation. Please address this matter promptly. (I cannot provide photos as the shoes are currently at the store.)
