Flaking on Emporio Armani Glasses, No Warranty
I bought a pair of Emporio Armani eyeglasses from Atasun Optik, and the paint on the frame began to peel off. The warranty will remain valid until August 2024. When attempting to utilize the warranty for the eyeglasses, we were informed that a replacement could not be provided. Instead, we were encouraged to purchase a new pair and keep the defective one as a backup. In essence, the requirement to purchase two pairs for the warranty to be considered valid is not acceptable. Moreover, they state that we can bring back the new glasses within a week, but the repair procedure lasts for 21 days. Is it possible for an individual with vision issues to manage without glasses for two weeks? Not again!
