The television I ordered from Samsung Shop on 12.06.205 was supposed to arrive as planned delivery on 14.06.205. There was no message for shipping. I don't know which company will bring. I don't know the cargo tracking number either. And it was not delivered on 14.06,205. I was not even given information. When I reach out to the customer representatives and tell them their problem, they never help. There is a television I bought right now and I never know where and when it will come. I took a leave from work because he would come on Saturday. He didn't come. When I told the customer representative about this problem today, the cargo company says you can take advantage of it? Which company? And why am I dealing with this? They are so bad about everything. They don't try to draw my victimization and they don't take me seriously. I am waiting for a statement from the Samsung brand.

Samsung Turkey customer service never contacted us, and when we called, they were never helpful. I have also initiated legal proceedings. We are complaining about all the customer representatives who dealt with us. Even though we called constantly—my partner and I called separately—they never showed any interest. We constantly created requests. They said they would get back to us, but they never did. And when we called again, we ended up in the same vicious cycle. On 16/06/2025, they said to ask the shipping company, Zar Sor. Even though we asked multiple times, they kept saying they didn't know and brushed us off. As a result, the purchase we made for 42,000 TL is missing, and the solution provided by Samsung Turkey customer representatives is a complete fiasco.

They haven't been able to solve a simple problem for a week. The product was returned to the warehouse and a refund will be issued. Such a big company couldn't resolve a simple confusion. This is an app to be avoided. There is no way to account for the stress we've been through for a week. Our experiences have been very bad and beyond terrible.
