We decided on an Electrolux washer. Over a year and a half ago, the machine experienced a critical error of magnitude e-10. When we contacted the official technical service that performed the installation, they informed us that a resistance failure had occurred. A total of 500 Turkish Lira (including parts) was paid for the service. The same e-10 error message appeared again just last week after it had been ignored for an entire year. We reached out to an organization that offers the same thing. When I asked him why he thought it was possible that it was the same kind of fault, he didn't have an answer. The official service has the industry's lowest-quality resistance installed. I contacted support asking for information about the make and model of the component they had installed a year ago as well as its unique serial number. A response eluded me. I called 0850 250 35 89 to inform Electrolux's customer service. No one cared about the scam at all. They wanted to charge an extra 1,350 TL, claiming that the water inlet valve was broken because of their extended stay. He insisted on charging me 200 TL as a service fee for fault finding if I didn't do it myself. Since I was skeptical of this latest fault finding, I had it professionally disassembled and tested (although they do admit that the resistor is not an original part). It was deemed highly improbable that it was defective. In a nutshell, they make up a problem so they can replace a part without doing any actual work. However, I doubt they have the necessary tools to identify the actual problem. They are merely making up for the service fee. I suppose he has to wear cheap replacement parts to keep his job looking good. The monopolized service network causes customers pain because the brand is uncommon. The water trickles in, but the e-10 failure persists after some time. I figured I'd drop a line here in case they back their wares and have concerns about the quality of service at the location where they issue the official service certificate and offer a workaround. If they come back to me with a solution, I will post it here in an open and honest manner.

Today, Home delivery came with the direction of Electrolux Headquarters. Detected faulty points. They said that they would supply the parts according to the stock width and assemble them. He also stated that they will not be paid for ALL parts and service. According to the evaluation of the process, ı would like to end here with an evaluation article.
