My Electrolux Refrigerator Developed Cracks and Mold on the Inside

I've been dealing with numerous issues with our Electrolux fridge. While the service acknowledged the problems, customer support avoided addressing the flaws in the product. The fridge has cracked, developed mold, and is ruining our food. Even after sending photos to customer service, they claimed there was nothing they could do. I asked, "What more needs to happen for the issue to be fixed?" Still, no solution. The service is also displaying an unprofessional attitude, leaving me stuck in this ordeal. I'm eagerly awaiting the resolution of the product defects.
