Electrolux Refrigerator Rust Problems
The Electrolux fridge I bought at Media Markt rusted in just one year, even though there was no water on it. The service team said it was a "user error" when they got there. Once these items are sold, this brand stops making them completely. The customer service rep said, "There's nothing here that would cause rust." The headquarters always say "user error," which means they sell you the product and are no longer responsible for it. This brand has made me feel bad. In the same way, the glass on the stove is of terrible quality and gets stained easily. They also said it was a "user error" and avoided taking responsibility. I'm writing a complaint because the service has caused me a lot of trouble.

Your Çorlu service spoke to me in an insulting and degrading manner. When I responded appropriately, they said they would not provide me with service and spoke as if I had unknowingly purchased the product, saying things like "you shouldn't have bought it."
