When I called the company's customer service, they confirmed my application but couldn't provide any information when asked why there was a delay. When I inquired about when I would receive information and when my grievance would be resolved, they kept repeating the same sentence: 'We haven't received any information yet, we will provide information when it comes.' Should I wait another 30 business days? They keep saying 'We'll provide information.' Since the legal service waiting period has been exceeded, I demand a replacement with a new refrigerator.
