Electrolux Washing Machine Screen Acting Up, No Help Possible, Not Worth It Guys!!
My screen's acting up, and I've been wrestling with the service for a month now. The service guy is trying to squeeze money out of us. I can't get my guaranteed product fixed, and the guy from the service just fabricated a bogus report for my two-month-old item. I tried to get a different service from Electrolux, but that's a no-go. The guy who showed up seems to be just parroting whatever he heard. These services are a real headache. Maybe that's how Electrolux likes to do business. Opting for the Consumer Court seems like the best bet; dealing with these folks just isn't worth it.

They were kind enough to call, but unfortunately, there is still no solution. Whatever the service technician said, they are sticking to it. I asked how they understood the problem with my machine, and they said the machine gave an error code, and that's how they knew. I called the technician and asked which error code my machine gave, and he said it didn't give any error code. So I asked how he figured it out, and he hung up on me. He might consult someone and come back with another lie, or maybe he won't come back at all. All I know is that I've been suffering for a month, there is no error code, and they are just trying to get money.
