I bought this product six months ago, and since the first week, it has done nothing but make me sad. During the first use, the product began showing error messages and even leaked water. The error message was removed after service technicians arrived, but the problems still persist. The product makes an annoying humming noise and doesn't clean very well. It's upsetting to see our money wasted on something so mediocre. No one seems to be taking responsibility for or caring about this situation. The experts who came to our house to fix the problem even had the nerve to make light of the whole thing. They wanted more money than they were originally paid for their work. Simply put, this cannot stand. I expect a speedy response from the firm in the form of a brand-new product or a complete refund. If my problems aren't addressed quickly, I will not hesitate to file complaints with any and all relevant authorities and publicly air my grievances on any and all available channels.
