Electrolux Washing Machine Installation Appointment Problem

two days ago, I gave the Electrolux center a call to set up a service appointment for installation. They told me not to worry, they'd totally take care of everything. But, to my disappointment, there hasn't been any sign of any service personnel since then. So, I reached out to your customer service again and they told me that there's no service in my city. They said they'd have to send technicians from another city. So, do I gotta wait a whole month just to get this thing installed? Is this how you guys usually do things? Because of how careless they were, I've decided to just return the product. I'm done dealing with this brand. They're so unresponsive and unprofessional. Man, I've been through so much hassle and wasted so much time. And now, I don't even trust Electrolux to keep their word anymore.

The service arrived home at 10:00 PM. It's a problem that they came at night, and it's another problem that they left without completing the assembly. We've taken on trouble. Now we're burdened with its issues; curse the day I bought it.
