Electrolux Washer Warranty Failed, No Repair or Service Provided

It's been a nightmare dealing with Electrolux's customer service in Turkey. Despite the fact that our washing machine is still under warranty, we have not been able to get it repaired. They keep promising that a service technician will arrive every day, but no one ever does. We've been attempting to contact them for the past 15 days, but they're always busy and never respond. It is clear that Electrolux does not support its own products and does not care about its customers in Turkey. We do not recommend wasting your time or money with this company. Their customer service is really annoying.
