I bought an Electrolux dryer in February 2023. The machine, which we love to use, started leaking water before the warranty period ended. I immediately called the Electrolux customer representative. The customer representative gave information about filter and heat exchanger cleaning. However, I said that we clean the heat exchanger and filter almost after every wash. He said that the problem could be caused by something else and that he would direct the service. The service was directed and they called me. They took the machine and left. I was called again 1 day later and they said that the situation was my fault, that they had made the machine work and that I would pay a fee. Despite my objection, they took this fee from me and left. While the warranty of my product has not expired, the company should fix the water leakage problem free of charge since my machine is still under warranty. I do not plan to buy products from this brand again. I do not recommend it to anyone. Although I have used many brands of white goods, I have never encountered such a thing, they are far from being institutional. I want a refund.
