The Ozdoruk Electrical Home Appliances authorized service came on 31 July but left without leaving any service form, only taking a video about the problem. After a long time, I learned from the call center that the service record was approved for a replacement at Electrolux headquarters on 23.08. In the approximately 2-month period from 23 August to today, no information has been given about the ongoing replacement process and when it will be completed.
