No Response From Einhell Technical Service, Device Missing

I delivered the TE-AG 125 CE product under warranty to the Einhell Ayvalık authorized service (Turkey) more than 1 month ago. When I called 5 days later, I realized that the device had not been looked at yet. They said they would get back to you, but they did not, when I called again, they said they sent it to Istanbul. When I learned that the product had not been shipped to Istanbul yet after 9 days, I learned from your Istanbul Y. Service. When I called your Istanbul service again after about 3 more weeks, they said that the repaired device would be at the Ayvalık service on January 3 and that they would call me. Today is January 9. I don't remember if it has been 40 days and there is still no news from anyone. When we do not have such hand tools, our ongoing work is completely interrupted. While we were expecting them to send at least a temporary device during this time, the device has been at the service for almost 40 days or its fate is unknown.
