Dyson Authorized Service Lost My Vacuum Cleaner

Dyson Türkiye authorized service lost my vacuum cleaner, which was sent to the service under warranty. The device was not working properly since i bought. First i send it to the service, the service sent it back to my home without repairing it. I had to send it to the service again because it was still unusable, and they lost my device in the second service time! Did they specifically delay it until the warranty expired? This carelessness is unacceptable. they do not know where my vacuum is. I want a new machine.
