My Dyson Vacuum Still Not Working After Repair

I've had to bring my Dyson vacuum, which I bought a year ago, to the service center on five separate occasions. Despite receiving assurances that the issue was resolved on multiple occasions, no progress was made. After my recent trip to the service center in Ankara Kentpark, I received a call from Dyson officials in Istanbul a few days later. They let me know that the main body of my device would be replaced. Unfortunately, upon returning to the Ankara Kentpark service center after five days, I was informed that my device had not yet been examined. The contrast between Dyson's assurance of part replacement and the reality of no inspection is completely unacceptable. Even though I have received the vacuum back from repairs, when I got home, I discovered that it is still not functioning. I was not satisfied with the service provided.
