When I call you on the phone, the line drops just as I’m about to be connected, and this situation is really upsetting. I’m having to send you an email because I urgently need to reach technical service. My Einhell TE RS 18 Li device, with an invoice date of 23.11.2023, is not working, and I would like to send it in for repair. I rely on this device for my work, so getting it fixed as soon as possible is important to me. Previously, I also couldn’t reach you by phone regarding another device I sent for repair.
