Rowenta Offers To Sell A New Blow Dryer Instead Of Repairing My Old One!

My Rowenta blow dryer is broken. I took it to the service on 4/18/2023. They informed me that they didn't have the necessary parts and would have to wait. After a follow-up call, I inquired about the status, and they informed me that the part had not yet arrived. Today, on 9/2/2023, I called again, and they said the part had finally arrived but was currently out of stock. Frustrated by the situation, I contacted Rowenta at 4444050 and explained what was happening. Their response shocked me; they suggested that I should consider buying a new product at a discount instead. I refused and insisted on having my dryer repaired, as it was still under warranty. It's been months, and Rowenta has failed to repair my appliance, causing me significant inconvenience. Instead, they've tried to persuade me to purchase a new one. Is Rowenta intentionally producing disposable products to boost new sales? If not, they should promptly repair my product. Due to the prolonged delay, I've suffered financial losses, and I'm beginning to doubt if Rowenta can compensate for this situation.
