Nespresso Customer Service Is Unreachable During Listed Working Hours
I see on your website that your customer service working hours are listed as 08:00-20:00. If your working hours have changed, I kindly ask you to update them on your website! As of 19:55, I tried to connect to your representatives but was kept on hold until 20:01, only to be greeted by a recorded message informing me that your working hours had ended. My device, which was invoiced on 16.08.24 (it was a gift from my company, and the invoice can be obtained if needed), has been experiencing pressure and loud noise issues. However, I’m finding it difficult to reach your representatives even during working hours. What is the reason for this? And why is there a problem with a device that is only 45 days old? (Please note, the device did not reach me on the invoice date and is not used daily.) I’m waiting for an urgent response.
