Disappointed with Einhell TP-CD 18/50 Li-i Drill Purchase from Amazon – No Carrying Case Included
I recently purchased the Einhell TP-CD 18/50 Li-i BL cordless hammer drill from Amazon after hearing about the brand’s quality and durability. Given today’s prices, I paid a significant amount for this product. To my surprise, it didn’t even come with a carrying case—neither a plastic one nor even a simple cloth bag. I’ve purchased similar products before (from Bosch, Black & Decker) and never encountered this issue. I would appreciate it if you could assist me with this matter. Thank you, and have a great day.
