Einhell TE-CD 18/50 Li-i BL Drill Motor Failed Twice
I purchased the Einhell TE-CD 18/50 Li-i BL cordless hammer drill as a home user, expecting a durable and maintenance-free tool due to its brushless motor. During the warranty period, the motor failed and was repaired. However, after only two more uses, the same issue occurred, and by this time, the warranty had expired. When I contacted the service center, they quoted me a repair cost as high as the drill’s original price. I trusted this German brand for its quality, but it has left me disappointed. I request a solution to this recurring problem and expect better service for such a costly tool.
