Marks & Spencer Sent My Ceramic Candle Holder Broken Due to Poor Packaging
I ordered a ceramic candle holder from Marks & Spencer’s online store, but it was delivered broken because it was shipped only in a plastic bag. I was really surprised and disappointed that such a fragile item was sent without any protective packaging—no cardboard box or bubble wrap. How could a well-established brand like Marks & Spencer not have cardboard boxes available in its online warehouse?
My order number is 3040019347513813. Of course, I requested a refund, but I also wanted to share this publicly so others are aware. I expect my complaint to be taken seriously.
