Amazon Delayed My Stanley Cordless Hammer Drill Order
The Stanley brand cordless hammer drill I ordered from Amazon on 29.05.2025 has still not been delivered to me. I keep receiving delay notifications, and I am quite frustrated with the situation. I purchased this drill for urgent home repairs, and the delay has disrupted my schedule. The lack of clear information only adds to the inconvenience. When I contacted Amazon customer service, I was told that the product is "on hold." What does "Stanley on hold" even mean? Are you mocking me with a phrase like "bread on hold"? Please send the product immediately. Why are you not shipping an item that has already been paid for?
