I Face Login Error “Incorrect Password” on My Purchased eFootball Account
I purchased a new eFootball mobile account through Itemsatis and completed my payment. I was able to access the account without any problems for about four days. However, one night when I tried to log in, I suddenly started receiving an error message saying “incorrect username or password.” I’m certain that I entered my login information correctly, and I also tried resetting my password, but it didn’t work.
I haven’t received any notice of a ban, suspension, or suspicious activity. There were no emails or in-app notifications explaining the issue. I have submitted multiple requests through eFootball’s official support channels and contact forms, but I have not received any response.
I would like to know why my account was closed or access restricted, and I request that my account be restored. I expect a detailed explanation and a prompt resolution to this issue.
