My eFootball Mobile Account Was Hacked - I Can't Get In

My eFootball mobile account has been taken over by someone else, and I haven’t been able to get into it at all since then. I’ve done everything possible—resetting passwords, reaching out to support, looking for solutions online—but nothing has worked. This account means a great deal to me, as I have invested both time and money into it. The thought of losing it without any ability to manage the situation is truly disheartening. The absence of adequate support makes things even more challenging. I contacted support but have not gotten any helpful advice or reply. I feel like I'm handling this all by myself. I would be grateful if a member of the support team could assist me in recovering my account.
