I Report Login Failure And Lost Access To My Efootball Account

I purchased and set up my Efootball account prior to today’s issue, and until now, I had no problems. However, after the game was accidentally deleted from my device today, I reinstalled it and tried to log in again using my previously linked account. Initially, I was able to enter my login information successfully. The game opened to the title screen, and I accepted all the terms and confirmations that appeared.
But when I tried to proceed to the main menu, the game threw me back to the login screen, and since then, I have been unable to access my account despite repeatedly entering the correct login details.
I have spent a significant amount of time and effort building my team and progressing in the game. This unexpected lockout has caused me great emotional distress. I feel frustrated and disappointed that my account—something I invested my time and money in—is now inaccessible without explanation.
I explicitly request the immediate restoration of my original Efootball account and a full resolution of this login error.
