eFootball Account Purchase Failed—Can’t Log In, No Support

I bought an eFootball account, but I can’t log in. Thinking it was a one-time issue, I purchased another account, but the same thing happened—I still can’t access it! I either want my money refunded or a working account immediately. This is unacceptable. I’ve been using hesap.com for two years, and I’ve had many similar problems, yet they never provide support. Every time, I’ve had to resolve issues myself by dealing with sellers directly. If this continues, I’ll have no choice but to formally report the site. I’m tired of being ignored—either fix this or refund my money now! Has anyone else experienced this? Let’s hold them accountable!
