eFootball Account Wrongly Banned on Steam — How to Appeal It
When I tried to log into eFootball on my desktop computer via my Steam account, I received the following message:
“We detected suspicious activity on this account that violates the Terms of Use.”
As a result, my account was blocked, and I can no longer access it. I have never used cheats, made no in-game purchases, and have played fairly using my own effort. This issue occurred today (October 31, 2025, at 5:55 p.m.) when I attempted to log in.
My username is 06sporcu_25. There have been no payments or transactions on this account, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem. I have not yet contacted customer support.
I strongly object to my account being suspended without justification and request that my account be reinstated immediately and that my in-game access be restored. I also ask that Konami provide a clear explanation for the ban to resolve this unfair situation.
